Jeffrey Knight, Chair

Jeff, a territory manager for Oracle, has more than 30 years experience in sales, marketing, and management in computing, storage, and e-commerce industries. His work has taken him to Europe, South America, Australia, and Asia. While with Sun Microsystems, Jeff developed key relationships with Brigham Young University, the University of Colorado, the University of Utah, the Center for High Performance Computing, and the Scientific and Computer Imaging Institute. He has a Bachelor of Science in marketing and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
Teri DePuy, Vice Chair
Since November 2005
Teri is a seasoned senior executive with many years experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. She worked for Intrado Inc. for more than 19 years and held several key leadership positions with significant contributions in strategic planning, operations, organizational development and complex data management. Teri lives in Niwot with her husband Steve and two college age children. Teri received her education at Front Range Community College and Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. As a member of the Foundation since November 2005, Teri has served on numerous committees and fulfilled the role of Treasurer for two years.
Susan Larson, Treasurer

Susan has been a senior vice president of FirstBank of Northern Colorado in Fort Collins for 13 years. She volunteers for Project Self-Sufficiency and has served on its board of directors for eight years. She is the fiscal officer and has helped with fundraising activities for the organization. She also has volunteered in various capacities with other community organizations. Susan is married to Dennis, and together they have five grown children and four grandchildren. She enjoys family, gardening, and cooking.
Bill Getsie

In more than 25 years with IBM, Bill was a manager, financial consultant, manufacturing controller, and controller for operations in New York, Japan, Singapore, and China. He finished his IBM career as senior finance manager for IBM Printing Systems, based in Boulder. He then was controller of WildCharge Inc., a Boulder start-up. Most recently, he was director of finance and business analysis for Gebhardt Automotive Group in Boulder. Bill has a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Harold Henke 
Since 2011
Harold, an instructional designer for Brocade Communications in Broomfield, also worked more than 20 years for IBM as an information developer, software engineer, and senior e-learning engineer. He was a research fellow for the eBook Forum in New York and a senior technical writer and course developer for Bass-Trigon/American Innovations in Littleton and for Optica Technologies in Niwot. Harold, who has a doctorate in computing technology education from Nova Southeastern University, supports FRCC students through the Henke Walker Foster Child/Orphan Scholarship Fund.
Frank Martinez
Since June 2004
Frank is vice president with Wells Fargo Bank in Westminster. He has worked with various Wells Fargo banks since 1983. He serves on the board of the Adams County Mental Health Outreach, Adams County District 12 Foundation, and the Adams County Economic Development Corporation. Frank is president of the North Jeffco Park and Recreation Foundation. He has volunteered for Colorado INROADS, which prepares minority youth for business and community leadership, and for the Share Colorado food program. Frank lives in Arvada with his wife and two children. He enjoys fishing, skiing, and golf.
Marilee Menard

Marilee is executive director of the Alliance of Marine Mammal Parks and Aquariums, an international organization of marine life parks, aquariums, zoos, and research facilities. She worked for an agriculture trade association and the Department of Agriculture in Washington D.C., and then was vice president for public affairs at two trade associations. She is a founder of Women in Government Relations and serves on the board of the National Marine Mammal Foundation. While in Washington, Marilee volunteered for So Others Might Eat, a non-profit that helps the homeless. She lives in Westminster.
Michelle Mieras

Michelle, an associate with DCG, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, concentrates on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and taxation. She has a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Colorado and a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver. A strong believer in the importance of education, Michelle volunteers in a program dedicated to tutoring elementary school students.
Darrell Perry

Darrell is retired from his position as director of beverage logistics for Ball Corporation. He has more than 30 years experience in corporate finance and accounting. He joined Ball Corporation in 1989 as plant controller in Conroe, Texas. Six years later, he became administrative manager there. He came to Ball’s headquarters in Broomfield in 2005 as director of contract, pricing, and administration. He has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Master of Business Administration from Houston Baptist University.
Martin Ruffalo

Marty retired from Ball Corporation in 2008 as senior vice president of marketing and plastic sales. He had been with Ball since 1990. His previous work included finance and operations management at Schlitz Brewing Company and Stroh Brewery Co. in Detroit and Touche Ross & Co. in Milwaukee. Marty is a member of the United Way Tocqueville Society for philanthropic leaders. A Certified Public Accountant, Marty has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin. He is married with three children. He enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking, biking, and following professional sports.
