Front Range Community College is accepting applications for part-time instructors in the following areas:
WESTMINSTER CAMPUS OPENINGS
- AEC - Architectural and Construction Technology
- American Sign Language
- Algebra based Physics
- Astronomy
- Automotive
- Biology in the following area:
- General College Biology
- Microbiology
- Anatomy and Physiology
- Chemistry
- Computer Information System
- Communication (18+ graduate hours in Communication discipline required; Master's degree in this same field preferred. 2+ years collegiate teaching experience desired).
- Public Speaking
- Interpersonal Communication
- CSC/programming
- Economics
- ENY - Energy Technologies
- HIT or HIM professionals with RHIT or RHIA certifications (Two years experience in Healthcare required)
- Humanities
- Journalism (Mass Media)
- Developmental English (most opening are for classes that run during the daytime; classes meet two days a week)
- Developmental Reading (most openings are for classes that run during the daytime; classes meet two days a week)
- Transfer-level Math: Master’s Degree including 18 graduate credits in math required.
- Developmental-level Math: Bachelor’s Degree in math or a related field plus either: 18 graduate credits in math; 18 graduate credits in education; or a secondary math teaching credential and three years secondary math teaching experience.
- Marketing/Business ( retail experience, classroom and online experience a plus) Evenings
- Meteorology (Fall 2013)
- Nurse Aid/Lab ( Hold an active professional nursing license in good standing or an active
practical nursing license in good standing, one (1) year of nursing experience in caring for the elderly
and/or the chronically ill of any age, and completed a course in teaching adults (e.g., Train the Trainer) or have
documented experience in teaching adults or have one (1) year experience in managing nurse aides).
- Nursing - Part time Clinical Faculty in the following areas (BSN required with Masters in progress required MSN preferred):
- Med/Surg
- Psychiatric Nursing
- OB/Ped
- Pharmacy Technician
- PAR Paralegal Required: Law degree and practicing lawyer. Preferred 1-2 yrs of teaching experience. Flexible schedule
- Physics
- Psychology-online
- Sociology (days and evening classes)
- Unix/Linux (Evening Classes)
BRIGHTON CENTER OPENINGS
- Math (Brighton Site) MA in math to teach FRCC math courses at a Brighton High School
- Geology
General credit courses require a Master’s degree with 18 graduate level credit hours in the subject area of application. Occupational courses require Vocational Credential. Submit an FRCC application and official copy of transcripts and credential to:
