College Hill Library at Westminster Campus
If we do not have an item you need, you can request it from another library. You can borrow books, DVDs, sound recordings, microfiche, or microfilm, and obtain electronic or print copies of journal articles. Please check the library catalog to see if we own a copy of the item before you place your request.
Front Range Community College students, faculty, and staff may submit requests using our online form. Fill out as much information as possible, agree to comply with copyright terms, and click "Submit".
A current, activated Wolf Card or WPL card is required to submit requests. For more information on how to obtain a card, enquire at the Circulation Desk. Requests are processed as soon as possible. Delivery time for requested material can vary.
Patrons will be notified by telephone or e-mail when materials arrive. Physical materials will be placed on the self-serve hold shelves on the first floor of the library for 7 days, after which they will be returned to the lending library. Electronic materials will be emailed directly to patrons as soon as they are received by FRCC.
Lending libraries establish loan periods for materials, up to a maximum of five weeks. Please inform FRCC interlibrary loan personnel three or more days prior to the due date if you would like an extension of the loan period. The decision on an extension will be made by the lending library. Copied or e-mailed articles need not be returned.
Patrons will be limited to five simultaneous requests including those already filled or in process. All requests are subject to copyright compliance. FRCC/College Hill Library circulating materials, and textbooks used in FRCC courses will not be borrowed. Loaning libraries have the right to deny a loan or to recall an item loaned to an FRCC borrower. Overdue fines and lost or damaged material fees are determined by the loaning library. Borrowing fees, where applicable, will need to be paid before the item is requested.
