STEP 4: Review Your Award
Once you have been awarded you will be notified through your CCCS email account and award information will be available online through eWOLF under the Student Finance Tab. You will be awarded based on your eligibility and based on the information you submitted on our FAFSA. What you are awarded will also depend on when you filed your FAFSA and when you submitted the documentation (if any) that was needed by our office to confirm your eligibility.
Types of Aid
Your financial aid awards may be a mixture of Grants, Work Study and Loans. In addition to these we will show any scholarships that have been reported to our office. Information on these types of financial aid can be reviwed on the following pages:
Tuition & Fees and Your Financial Aid
Take the time to review your student bill, which will be available through eWOLF, and compare that to your financial aid awards to make sure you have enough to cover your bill. Use the information available on our Disbursement of Funds page to judge what amount of financial aid will disburse based on your enrollment. You will typically be awarded for either the Fall & Spring semesters or for the Spring & Summer semesters. The total amount of any award will be split between two semesters so keep that in mind when determining whether you have enough aid to cover tuition and fees.

If you will have a balance remaining after financial aid has been accounted for you can learn about the payment options that the Cashiers Office has available for students. Information about how refunds are treated can be reviewed on Step 5 Disbursement of Funds. Please review carefully as there are circumstances which will affect the amount of financial aid that you can receive.
