The Disabled Student Services Office is located in the Learning Opportunity Center, Blanca Peak Building Room 102. Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Services offered by the Learning Opportunity Center at the Larimer Campus include:
- Sign language interpreting for those with hearing impairments
- Books in alternate format
- Note Taking
Learning Lab
- Assistive Technology
- Student/faculty advocacy
- ADA coordination and information
- Academic tutoring for non-disabled students in vocational classes
- Workshops and Seminars about Disabilities, Assistive Technology, and Learning Strategies
- Basic Skills, GED, and ESL Classes through the Centers for Adult Learning
