Mardie Altman
Laboratory Animal Technology - Larimer Campus
Mardie is a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) and a Registered Laboratory Animal Technician (RLAT) with a varied industry background that includes anesthesia, surgical nursing, and equine with a special interest in the care and management of animals used in research. Her experience as a research assistant in biomedical research is applied in her veterinary clinical laboratory courses. She is the director of Front Range Community College’s Laboratory Animal Technology Program and Veterinary Assistant Program.
