Teaching is communication. Sheri enjoys connecting with students and helping them achieve their goals. She teaches mathematics to facilitate understanding, critical thinking, clarity of mind, creativity and the ability to communicate mathematically. 

Teaching Philosophy

I appreciate student engagement, so I try to connect mathematics with student interests as well as ideas in other fields.
