The Deferred Payment Plan

FACTS is not a loan program.  You have no debt, there are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check.  FACTS is a monthly payment plan; the cost to budget your interest-free monthly payment plan is a $35.00 per semester, a nonrefundable enrollment fee.  You may budget your tuition and fees by automatic Bank Payment (ACH) or by use of a credit card.

Each semester students need to create new FACTS agreements to pay for their tuition and fees.  Previous FACTS agreements cannot be used for future semesters.

FACTS is now automated!  Log into your student account at Self Service Banner (SSB) and follow the five easy steps to enroll today for FACTS.

1. Log into SSB.  You will need your SID and Pin to access your account in SSB.
2. Click on "Student Menu"
3. Click on "Student Account Menu"
4. Click on "FACTS Deferred Payment Plan"
5. Finally click on the "E-Cashier" logo to start the enrollment process.

Please note:

You will not be dropped from your classes if you fail to make a FACTS/Nelnet payment; however, the balance due will be sent to the State Collection Agency and additional charges will be incurred.

The deferred payment option is not available on CCCWeb or in person. Students must log into their student account via SSB to enroll in the payment program.
