A licensed architect for more than 20 years, Lisa has been teaching since 1966. She has a five-year architectural degree from Arizona State University and maintains a small architecture practice, mainly in residential construction, but she also has completed some light commercial work. In addition to serving as department chair, she also teaches in FRCC's Architectural Engineering and Construction Technology program. See this faculty member featured in the FRCC Blog.
Teaching Philosophy
While working in private practice, I began teaching others to use computer-aided drafting. I realized that I enjoyed teaching. The best part of teaching is watching students succeed.
