A long-time teacher, Anne Marie is passionately committed to providing students the training they need to make a difference in the lives of young children. She is trained in the theory of Multiple Intelligences and the practices of Expeditionary Learning Schools and taught preschool through grade three her entire classroom teaching career. Her experience at the community college level includes teaching ECE courses, and working as a Master Teacher in a lab school setting.
Teaching Philosophy
Teaching is about building relationships with students. Students learn best when the lessons taught are meaningful, applicable, and follow best practices. It’s the teacher’s job to know the students and the craft well enough to make that a reality.
