Teaching Philosophy
My goal in teaching is twofold. The first goal is to jumpstart the students’ culinary careers. The second goal is to encourage students to use this opportunity to develop critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, and communication skills that will transcend the field of culinary arts and use these skills to any profession they choose. My aim is to empower students to become leaders within their chosen field.
