The TASC exam measures college and career readiness, providing test takers with a college and career-readiness score in each of the five content areas tested: reading, writing, mathematics, science and social studies.

Test Format
This is a computer-based exam. Most questions are multiple-choice, but a few may contain other formats such as essays.
Time Limit
- Reading: 75 minutes
- Writing: 105 minutes
- Mathematics: Part 1 = 50 minutes, Part 2 = 55 minutes

Individual subtests: $27.90 (5 subtests)

Results
Unofficial scores will be posted to your TASC test account two to three business days after taking the computer-based tests and about 14 days after paper based testing.
Colorado Retest Policies
There is no wait period between same-subject retests for the first three attempts; however, a six month waiting period is required after three failed attempts.
