Top Questions > Transferring

  • To transfer credits into FRCC, your previous institution will need to mail an official transcript directly to FRCC. You will also need to submit a transfer credit evaluation form.

You should allow 3-4 weeks for your credits to be evaluated and transferred. When your credits have been transferred, you should receive an email notification that your evaluation has been completed.

If you have questions, or want to check the status of your transfer, you can call the admissions and records department at your campus:

    • Boulder County: (303) 678-3635
    • Larimer: (970) 204-8107
    • Westminster: (303) 404-5414
  • If you are transferring credit to FRCC, we can only accept official transcripts sent directly (mail or electronic) from your previous college or university to the Office of the Registrar at the FRCC campus you want to attend (see addresses below). Transcripts issued to the student, hand-carried, or faxed cannot be accepted.
