Thank you for your commitment to the FRCC College Now program.
Your time, expertise and commitment are greatly appreciated!
As you continue to teach FRCC classes, be sure to connect with your faculty department lead for inservice meetings, professional development opportunities, curriculum, and any other instructional questions.
For more information about Desire2Learn (D2L) trainings and tutorials being offered, log in to D2L. Here's some quick guides that you may find useful to learn D2L basics:
All FRCC grades are entered in the college’s eWOLF system at the end of the semester. Final grades must be submitted by the designated FRCC date each December and May (dates can be found on the D2L College Now Instructor’s site).
FRCC instructors are responsible for honoring students’ FERPA rights. For more information about FERPA we encourage instructors to review the FAQ handout created by the College Now department (FAQs can be found on the D2L College Now Instructor’s site).
FRCC values the relationship with high schools and our academic departments want to maintain connections with instructors teaching at high school sites. You are encouraged to reach out to the academic department lead for curriculum questions at any time.
When creating your syllabus, use the FRCC Syllabus Guidelines and work with your department liaison for submission and approval.
Please check your FRCC rosters in eWOLF on a regular basis to be sure they match the rosters in your high school Student Information System.
A guide for how to check rosters will be emailed to all instructors at the beginning of the semester.

A guide for how to enter grades will be emailed to all instructors at the end of the semester.
