| Ceremony: |
|
Commencement lasts approximately 75 minutes. A commencement program booklet will be placed on each graduation candidate’s seat in the Event Center. |

The college welcomes you to invite as many guests who would like to join you in this celebration. |
| Reservation: |
|
Online reservations for the May 7, 2013 ceremony will go live starting in late Fall 2012. The deadline for making an online reservation will be mid-April. More details to come. |

General Timeline and Overview for May 2013 Ceremony:
6:15 p.m. Students check-in and assemble in the main lobby for processional.
- Arrive no later than 6:25 p.m.
- You must have made a reservation to participate in Commencement.
- You must have purchased a cap, gown, and tassel to participate in Commencement. See “Regalia” section below for details.
- The Budweiser Event Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Leave personal belongings with your guests.
- A staff member will greet you in the lobby and issue you a blue name card. Keep the card with you until you are escorted to the stage. You will be handing the card to the narrator to read during the ceremony. Remember, along with your name, and applicable graduation honors, one degree or one certificate will be read. This information will be on your name card.
6:30 p.m. Guests to be seated
7:00 p.m. Processional begins at the Budweiser Event Center

Cake and refreshments will be provided at a Reception immediately following the ceremony, in the main lobby of the Budweiser Event Center. |

Regalia
- The Wolves’ Den Bookstore will have caps, gowns, and tassels available approximately April 2013 for purchase. Pricing to be announced.
- If you are a member of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) please contact Victoria Eisele about obtaining a gold tassel for the Commencement Ceremony.
- If you are a summa cum laude candidate (that is, you have earned a cumulative GPA of 4.00 and accumulated 30 or more college level credit hours at FRCC) you will be issued an honor cord.
