Larimer Career Services

Welcome to Career Services at Larimer

Many students struggle with choosing a course of study or career path. Career Services can help with your decision!

The first step is to schedule an appointment with one of our experienced career counselors who will help you explore options.

Career Counseling and Assessment

Choosing a career is an important life-decision that will influence your feelings of fulfillment and happiness.

Career Services encourages you to take this decision seriously by exploring your strengths, skills, values, areas of interest, and academic or career goals. Take a few assessments and meet with a career counselor who will help you through this process of exploration.

Career Assessments

Take online career assessments to determine which careers match your personality type or preferences (MBTI), and interest areas (Strong Interest Inventory). You will receive a report for each assessment and a career counselor will help you to align your personality and interests with potential careers options. Cost is $15 per assessment.

Identify Values and Motivated Skills

How do your values fit in the workplace? What skills do you have that serve as your strengths?
A career counselor can help to identify values and transferable skills that are important to you and your career satisfaction and success.
