Front Range Community College Foundation 2012-2013 Scholarships
The Foundation will award more than $200,000 in scholarships to more than 200 students during the 2012-2013 academic year! Please adhere to the following instructions as incomplete applications will be disqualified.

All applicants are required to apply online.
- Prepare all documents before applying (see list below).
- All documents must be submitted electronically.
- When applying, you will be asked for an “FRCC Student ID Number.” Applicants who have an assigned FRCC S#, please enter it here. Applicants without an assigned FRCC S#, please enter a T and the last 8 digits of your cell phone number or home phone number, example: T34045463.

Documents to Prepare and Submit Online
1. Two Letters of Recommendation
All applicants are asked to submit two letters of recommendation. The letters should be from an employer, teacher, counselor, minister or other person (not a relative) who knows you well. It is highly recommended that one of those letters is from a teacher, faculty, or community member employed in your field of study but it is not required.
2. Essay
Your essay is an essential component of your scholarship application. When reviewing applicants, scorers have the difficult task of determining the best candidate for each scholarship. Your essay will help differentiate you from other comparable applicants. We want you to tell us who you are in a personal statement. Help us get to know what makes you unique.
In your essay, please address each point listed below. Your essay should be no more than two pages.
- Why should the Foundation invest in you?
- What are your academic and professional goals?
- After achieving your academic goals, how will you give back to your community?
