Ready to Enroll at Front Range Community College?

Here’s our enrollment checklist to help you get started. For assistance with any of these steps, please contact us. If you require accommodations for a documented disability, please contact Disability Services.

Step 1: Submit an Application for Admission (It's free!)

Apply online or download a paper application. You will be asked a series of questions to determine your residency status. See Admissions for more information.

Step 2: Attend a Get Started Session

We will review the enrollment process: assessment requirements, class registration, financial aid, programs, and more. See session dates and times for Boulder, Larimer and Westminster campuses.

Step 3: Apply for Financial Assistance

Learn more about financial aid and scholarships. Colorado residents, be sure to apply for the College Opportunity Fund (COF).
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to apply for federal, state, and institutional grants, work study and student loans. Apply early, as the application process can take four to six weeks.

Step 4: Meet the Assessment Requirements

Assess your current academic skill levels in reading, math, and English or qualify for an exemption. Study guides are available.

Step 5: Meet with an Academic Advisor

An advisor will help interpret your assessment results, create an educational plan, and review program requirements.

Step 6: Log in to eWOLF and Activate Your Student E-mail

Activate and check e-mail, search and register for classes, pay tuition, view financial aid status, access online courses, and much more in eWOLF. You must regularly check your student e-mail to receive important information from the college.

Step 7: Register for Classes

Register for classes as early as possible. You can download step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process. Colorado residents, be sure to authorize your College Opportunity Fund (COF) in eWOLF. Class closed? Waitlist may be an option.

Step 8: Complete the Payment Process

Pay tuition and fees in full or accept your financial aid award by the payment deadline. Or, you may arrange to pay your tuition through a monthly payment plan (FACTS). If you register for a course after the payment deadline, payment is due by the close of the next business day. Activate your CCCS Refund Card to select your refund preferences once you receive the card in the mail.

Step 9: Purchase Books and Supplies

Buy your books and supplies at one of the FRCC campus bookstores.

Step 10: Attend New Student Orientation

New student orientation is a great way to become familiar with FRCC, make friends, and begin a successful college experience.

Step 11: Get Your Student ID Card

The Wolf Card is the official FRCC student ID card. It gives you access to the library, computer labs, and other services on campus. Bring a valid photo ID, your current class schedule and $5 to your campus Student Life Office to get your Wolf Card.
