Request Official Transcripts

You can request an official transcript from FRCC online, by mail, by fax or in person. Transcripts will not be provided for students who have outstanding financial obligations to the college.

  • Official Transcript - A sealed transcript used for transfer of credits or admissions to a college or university, employment, or a scholarship. An official transcript remains official only if it remains sealed.
  • Unofficial Transcript - A transcript for your personal use, or when the receiving entity specifies that an unofficial transcript is acceptable.

Former Students or Graduates

Please choose from the following three options, based on when you attended FRCC.

If you took classes after Summer 1987, and have not taken classes in the last six months:

You can view and order transcripts online. Note: If you require a special form or need to provide additional instructions, such as requesting the transcript to be notarized, please follow the instructions in the Mail and Fax Requests section below. 

  1. If you do not know your user name (this is your student ID or S Number), you can look it up. Note: If you select to view on screen, you will only have 20 seconds to write it down. The email option sends it to your student email account.
  2. When you have your user name (this is your student ID or S Number), click here to view and order transcripts online. You will have the option to reset your password if you do not know it.
  3. After logging in, select the ‘Student’ tab.
  4. Select the ‘Student Records’ Menu.
  5. Select either ‘Unofficial Transcript’ or ‘Official Transcript Request.’
  6. When requesting an official transcript, select only one option from these choices: External College, One of Your Addresses, Internal College or Issue to.

If you took classes prior to Summer 1987:

Use the FRCC Official Transcript Request Form (PDF).

If you attended Larimer Campus prior to Fall 1988 (formerly known as Larimer County Vo-Tech):

Use the FRCC Official Transcript Request Form (PDF) and fax or mail it to the Larimer Campus for processing. Note: Please allow 2 weeks for processing.

Current Students

You can view and order official transcripts through eWOLF.  Note: If you require a special form or need to provide additional instructions, such as a requesting the transcript to be notarized, please follow the instructions in the Mail and Fax Requests section below.

After logging in:

  1. Select the 'Student' tab
  2. Under 'My Student Information' select either 'Order Official Transcript' or 'Unofficial Transcript.’
  3. When requesting an official transcript, select only one option from these choices: External College, One of Your Addresses, Internal College, or Issue to.

Mail and Fax Requests

Complete the FRCC Official Transcript Request Form (PDF) and mail, scan and email, or fax the form to your campus. Please allow two to three business days for processing. Same day requests are $10 per transcript. Other fees may apply for expedited processing.
