Beyond Benefits

Beyond Benefits-LP

Winter Break

The college is closed for a week between December 25 and New Year's Day and all employees have the time off. This paid time off is in addition to your earned vacation. Since the college is closed you don't have to worry about work piling up while you are out of the office. THAT is a vacation!

Travel Reimbursement

Some positions require employees to travel among our different campuses. You'll be compensated for fuel and wear and tear on your car with mileage reimbursement.

Employee Assistance Plan

C-SEAP is a valuable resource for all State employees. They offer many different services including: Confidential Counseling, Conflict Resolution, Workshops and Training. Visit http://www.colorado.gov/dpa/dhr/ to learn more.

Health & Wellness

FRCC participates in a voluntary employer sponsored Bicycle Commuter Benefit Program. There are also annual Wellness Fairs in each campus in the fall of each year. The Westminster campus has a beautiful fitness center that is open to students and staff for a nominal fee.

Service, Product, Travel Discounts

FRCC students, faculty and staff are eligible to purchase select software titles at academic discounts through e-academy. Participating companies include Microsoft, Adobe, VMWare, IBM, Parallels, SAS and Trend.

Continuing Education

FRCC offers its employees up to a 50% discount on all continuing education courses. You must register through Larimer Campus office.

FRCC Invests in Our Employees

We value the strengths of our employees, as well as their potential. FRCC has a strong commitment from our leadership to the professional development of our faculty and staff.

Employees are offered many training opportunities—on a wide variety of subject matter—throughout each year. The college Roadmap to Achievement academy gives employees interested in leadership opportunities the chance to learn and grow.

The college provides institutional support for continuous improvement college-wide. We assess our work and use data to make informed decisions. We celebrate what works, and change what doesn’t.
