FRCC is partnering with IBM to bring customized training courses to IBM employees in Colorado. Trainings are conducted through the FRCC Corporate & Workforce Solutions and combine instructor-led courses with hands-on virtual labs in the following:
AWS (Amazon Web Services) Cloud
AWS is a comprehensive cloud computing platform that includes a mixture of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS). AWS offers multiple solutions for enterprise organizations and software developers to be used for data centers all over the world.
This course covers AWS architectural principles and best practices using hands-on virtual labs and live instruction for direct application and implementation.
Course Hours: 16 hours (2 hours per class)

In this course, through hands-on labs and live instruction, the learner gets exposed to the specific types of cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), cloud infrastructure, planforms and layered security.
