Our People

Our Corporate Solutions team includes 12 full-time staff members, focusing on customized training, professional/continuing education and apprenticeship programs. Each member of our team provides unique expertise—including workforce needs assessment, training design, program development, education/credential pathways, student navigation and project management. Everyone on our team is passionate about adult learning, employing effective skills transfer and applied learning strategies for adult learners.

We also leverage the breadth of FRCC's capabilities to offer comprehensive workforce solutions. So whether you're concerned about your workforce pipeline or incumbent upskilling, we've got you covered.

Our Trainer Network

Because we design and deliver high-quality, high-impact solutions to meet your specific needs, we employ a network of talent that can be brought in on an as-needed basis, depending on the specific project requirements. These contractors bring extensive industry and technical expertise, along with outstanding training and coaching skills.

Our Process

To fully understand your needs and develop effective and impactful training, we've outlined the steps we take to build, implement and assess your training program:

  1. Needs Assessment. During this initial stage, we work closely with you to identify business challenges and their root causes. We'll also determine your desired outcomes for training.
  2. Project Scoping & Trainer Selection. Next we'll map out a comprehensive training plan and select trainers who will best fit your needs.
  3. Proposal Submission, Sign Off & Scheduling. With our plan documented, will submit a proposal for your review. Once approved, we can begin scheduling.
  4. Training Implementation. The heart of our work together, we will conduct the customized training sessions outlined in your proposal.
  5. Post-Training Review & Planning.  Data- and results-driven, we'll conduct a project analysis, review results and plan for future phases.
