Ayelet Zur-Nayberg has been an Economics Faculty at Front Range Community College since January 2011. Prior to her arrival to the US, she worked at the Israeli Ministry of Finance as a Financial Analyst at the Accountant General Office. She was a Senior Israel Defense Forces Prosecutor (Captain ranked) with the Military Advocate General office, and served as an Economic Policy analyst to two parliament members. Outside work, she likes reading and spending time with family and friends.
Teaching Philosophy
I believe that education is a tool to overcome financial and social gaps and I will do anything I can to help students maximize their potential and reach their goals. The core principles of my teaching philosophy are: •Respect and be respected •Students’ success is my success •There is a way to reach each and every student •The material is only as difficult as I present it •Engaging students is a key to students’ success •There is always room for improvement
