Teaching Philosophy
History is sometimes seen as a dull, irrelevant discipline, but I believe that it is an exciting, contested arena of diverse opinions and interpretations. My goal is to encourage students to develop their own analyses and opinions about history and learn to express them effectively, and become outstanding critical thinkers and problem solvers in the process.
