Teaching Philosophy
I strongly believe in teaching for understanding. It is of utmost importance to me that students leave all of my courses with a complete and confident understanding of the material put forth in the class. I am open to assisting students to get to that point and welcome and encourage questions, concerns, and open and honest discussions. It is not necessary that you agree with everything I teach, simply that you prove yourself by embracing the work, reaching out when help is needed, taking deadlines seriously and being accepting of your classmate’s views and ideas.
