Jeremy Moretti, PhD

Dr. Jeremy Moretti leads FRCC's human resources and organizational development work, focusing on people strategy, workforce planning, talent recruitment, employee engagement and leadership development.

 

He guides hiring, professional development and workplace practices that strengthen engagement, accountability and performance. Drawing on his background in psychology, he advances belonging, fairness and opportunity across the employee lifecycle.

 

Dr. Moretti brings executive HR leadership experience across multiple industries and holds a PhD in child, family and school psychology.
