Lilian Clemente, MEd

Lilian Clemente serves as Chief of Staff to the President and leads FRCC's strategic marketing and communications division.

 

She helps guide institutional priorities and ensures the college communicates with clarity and purpose while strengthening its visibility across Colorado.

 

She oversees integrated communications strategies that support enrollment, community partnerships and government relations—connecting internal communication with external engagement and aligning presidential initiatives across the college.

 

Lilian brings extensive higher education leadership experience in strategic communications and institutional growth. She is passionate about expanding access to education and the role community colleges play in their communities. She holds a MEd in Higher and Post-Secondary Education.
