Front Range Community College (FRCC) cares about the safety, health and well-being of its students, staff, faculty and community. Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Harassment, and Unlawful Discrimination will not be tolerated at FRCC. Board Policy (BP) 3-120
and Board Policy (BP) 19-60
provide that employees and students shall not be subjected to unlawful discrimination and/or harassment on the basis of sex/gender, race, color, age, creed, national or ethnic origin, physical or mental disability, veteran status, pregnancy status, religion or sexual orientation in employment conditions or educational programs or activities. Please note; regarding the procedures for investigating Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Harassment, and Unlawful Discrimination, SP 3-50b
and SP 4-31a
have been repealed but still apply to alleged conduct that occurred before August 12, 2020. SP 19-60
will apply if the alleged conduct occurred after August 12, 2020.
