Start your journey with us by attending our virtual welcome for new students. To help you feel prepared to start classes, Larimer campus Vice President, Dean of Student Affairs, and a current FRCC student will be available to answer your questions. Attendees will be eligible to win an Echo Dot, Bluetooth headphones, a Fitbit and more.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration ✊🏾

FRCC is partnering with CSU and the City of Fort Collins for the annual celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. FRCC students are encouraged to share how they enact Dr. King’s dream on social media using #FOCOMLK21. Tag @frcclarimerstudentlife to be entered to win merchandise from Sic970, a local Black artist.

Through music, poetry, historical video footage and Dr. King’s own words, this live event challenges participants to engage in creative acts of service and leadership in their communities. All attendees will be entered to win a copy of Where Do We Go from Here: Chaos or Community? written by Dr. King. Registration is required; spots are limited.

Indie Pop Up Film Showing: 9to5 🎥

When Dolly Parton sang “9 to 5,” she was doing more than just shining a light on the fate of American working women. Parton was singing the true story of a movement that started with 9 to 5, a group of Boston secretaries in the early 1970s. Students are encouraged to participate in the discussion via Zoom after the film.
