Andy Ellison

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Boone Heart Institute

Andy Ellision married his high school sweetheart, and they have two adult daughters. He is a proud Colorado native who attended the University of Colorado, Boulder, to earn his degrees in Economics and Spanish. He then earned an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He worked in commercial banking for almost 30 years. He was one of two co-founders of Mountain View Bank of Commerce, where he was the CEO for its entire 16-year existence. Another larger bank eventually purchased that Bank.

Andy is now the Chief Financial Officer at Boone Heart Institute (BHI). At BHI, our mission is to eradicate heart disease and stroke. We are remarkably successful at this mission for our patients. When Andy is not working, you will likely find him hanging out with his family, hiking in the mountains, or playing on the lake.

Aaron Loera

Client Advisory Services Associate

Eide Bailly

Aaron Loera is an accounting professional at Eide Bailly, where he works in the Client Advisory Services (CAS) department, assisting businesses in developing and implementing their financial strategies and managing day-to-day operations. His journey started right here at Front Range Community College, where he built a strong academic foundation and formed relationships that were instrumental in shaping his career. After transferring to CU Denver, he will earn his bachelor's degree in accounting in May and continue to build on the momentum he gained at FRCC.

Aaron feels that the connections he made at Front Range were instrumental in securing his role at Eide Bailly. Faculty and peers alike supported him in finding opportunities and building confidence in his path. Today, he brings that same collaborative mindset to work in CAS, partnering with clients to solve challenges and drive meaningful results. Aaron considers it an honor to return to FRCC and share how this community helped launch my professional journey.
