Join us for a Business Careers Panel & Networking event Thursday, October 24. Brought to you by FRCC's business department, you'll hear firsthand from experts in the field—who can offer insights into various industry and career paths in business.
This event includes:
- A Business Careers Panel. Our panelists have expertise in a variety of areas, including banking, finance, accounting, marketing, business analytics and entrepreneurship. They'll share their stories and answer student questions.
- Exposition Tables. Get valuable information and participate in fun activities—including a prize wheel—

Meet Our Panelists
Daniela Circonciso
Director of Marketing
Front Range Community College
Daniela Circonciso is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the higher education industry. With a passion for education and marketing, Daniela helps institutions effectively promote their programs, attract students and enhance their brand presence.
Daniela recently joined FRCC from Broward College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she spent 13 years in various roles most recently as the Associate Vice President of Marketing. Her main focus is leveraging digital technologies to solve the challenges and opportunities the higher education landscape presents. Daniela holds a bachelor’s degree in English language and literature from Smith College and a master’s in mass communications from the University of Florida. She was recognized as a “Power Leader” in 2017 by the South Florida Business Journal.

Joseph Rairden
FRCC Alumnus
Joseph Rairden is a FRCC alumnus who transferred to MSU Denver in 2022 and is currently working on completing his BSBA in Accounting. Joseph began working with Eide Bailly's tax controversy team in 2021 as a paraprofessional after successfully completing the Tax Help Colorado Practicum at FRCC.
Joseph is currently working toward the Enrolled Agent Certification and has passed 2 of the 3 exams. Joseph has continued to support accounting students here at FRCC serving as an assistant site coordinator in the Tax Help Program for the past two years.
Sid Simonson
Deputy Finance Lead
Lockhead Martin Corporation
Sid Simonson is an FRCC alumnus and the deputy finance lead at Lockheed Martin Corporation for a NASA asteroid study. The goal is to help scientists learn more about the formation and evolution of the solar system, planet formation, and the source of compounds that led to life on earth.
He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at Colorado State University and graduated with honors from the University of Denver with a MBA in Finance and Economics in Public Policy in 2014 and a Master's of Science in Management in 2015. He was the first Chairperson of the Rocky Mountain Student Media Corporation and interned in the Colorado Senate.
Sid currently serves on FRCC's Business School Advisory Board and has received five President's Volunteer Service Awards from the White House.
