Gavin Metcalfe is an Administrative Assistant at Eide Bailly, where he supports tax professionals and client service teams through case management, document organization, and administrative operations. His professional journey began at Front Range Community College, where he built a strong academic foundation while developing the skills, confidence, and professional relationships that prepared him for a successful career. Through the support and encouragement of faculty, staff, and fellow students, Gavin gained valuable experience in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving that helped him secure his role at Eide Bailly. More recently, he passed the IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) exam, further demonstrating his commitment to professional growth and expertise in the tax field.

 

Gavin credits Front Range Community College with playing a significant role in his career development. The connections he made with instructors, advisors, and classmates provided mentorship, guidance, and opportunities that helped shape his professional path. The supportive environment at FRCC gave him the confidence to pursue his goals and the practical skills needed to succeed in the workplace. Today, he applies those same skills and values while supporting teams across Eide Bailly, helping ensure clients receive timely and accurate service. Gavin is grateful for the support he received throughout his time at Front Range and is honored to share how the college helped launch his professional career.

Clint Pflugrad

Clint Pflugrad is a Colorado native, born and raised in the state, and a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder. Before beginning his banking career, Clint proudly served in the Colorado Army National Guard with the 1st Battalion, 157th Infantry Regiment, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and commitment to service that continue to guide him today.

 

With more than 15 years of banking experience, Clint has built his career through a passion for leading teams, developing talent, and helping others succeed. Prior to joining PNC, he spent several years with Wells Fargo, where he led some of the organization's largest and most complex branch locations. Throughout his career, Clint has focused on creating strong cultures, developing future leaders, and delivering exceptional experiences for clients and employees alike.

 

Today, Clint serves as Branch Manager of PNC Bank's Boulder branch, where he leads a high-performing team dedicated to serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout the community. He is passionate about mentorship, employee development, and fostering an environment where team members can grow both personally and professionally.

 

Clint is married and the proud father of two young children, ages 2 and 4. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of everything Colorado has to offer, from the mountains and hiking trails to local community events.
