- Launch Plan
The refreshed eWOLF platform will launch in two phases: an employee soft launch in August and student launch in October.
Employee Soft Launch - August 12, 2024
We want to give employees time to use refreshed eWOLF platform before we launch to students. To do this, we're giving all employees access to the new platform on Monday, August 12.
PLEASE NOTE: The eWOLF links on the website and MyCourses won't switch to the new platform until the student launch. You can access the new platform in three ways:
- On August 12, we will provide a the link to access the new platform
- At that time, the eWOLF links on the Intranet will be routed to the new site
- The current eWOLF platform will have an announcement that links to the new platform for employees.
- There will be a card on the new platform that will link to the current eWOLF platform. Staff and faculty will continue to have access to the current platform until December 8, 2024. At this time, CCCS is sunsetting the old platform.
To support you during this transition, there will be four drop-in Q&A sessions to answer any questions you may have.

- There will be a card on the new platform that will link to the current eWOLF. Students will have access to the old platform until December 8, 2024.
- We will be scheduling additional drop-in sessions for students and staff in October.
- Students will receive various communications prior to launch, alerting them to this switch.
