FRCC’s University Transfer Track
Don’t let COVID-19 derail your plan for a bachelor’s degree. Complete your first year of college in FRCC’s University Transfer Track. Then transfer to any public college or university in Colorado with full sophomore status.
Our tuition is less than half what you would pay at a four-year school. So you can head off to college next fall with all of your credits—and way less debt.
Credits Are Guaranteed to Transfer
FRCC has agreements in place with all of the public four-year colleges and universities in the state (and several private schools as well—both in and out of Colorado). These agreements guarantee that credits will transfer for specific courses.
Sign up for two semesters of these classes, and you can earn 30+ credits that are guaranteed to transfer. Get a whole year of college credit—either online or on campus. Then take it with you to any Colorado college or university you choose. You’ll be well prepared to move into a bachelor’s degree program at your school of choice in the Spring of 2022.
Get On Track
Your personal advisor can help you choose your path and register for the right classes—so you can transfer to the college or university of your choice. All of your University Transfer Track courses can be individually selected with the help of your FRCC Pathways Advisor.
Academic advisors at FRCC are assigned to students based on their interests and goals. This allows the advisors to specialize in specific programs, and to help students make course choices that keep them on path to reach their goals.
Already know what you want to major in? Our advisors can help you pick the right classes that are specific to your bachelor’s degree goal.

FRCC’s Pathways Advisors can help customize your classes to match your goals and your transfer school’s requirements—working with any college credits you’ve already completed.
FRCC is one of the top community colleges in the country for student outcomes when they transfer to four-year colleges. Our students generally do as well as—or better than—students who start at their four-year destination school.
How is that possible? Our average class size is 17 students. That means more personalized attention from supportive instructors who really care about your success. Our dedicated, passionate faculty also have a ton of expertise in their fields. (100% have a master’s or doctoral degree.)
On Campus or Online
FRCC was recently ranked one of the top 10 community colleges in the country for online learning.* We’ve got 20 years of experience offering online classes—so FRCC faculty members are well-trained and experienced in teaching online.
We also have three campuses, so we’re located right near you. Choose to take your classes online, on campus—or both!
*Ranked ninth in the U.S. by College Consensus.
Tuition is approximately $8,000 for the year—there are no dorm or dining hall costs here. Starting college at FRCC for your first year (or two) means you’ll save thousands of dollars. And you’ll have significantly less debt when you finish that bachelor’s degree at your four-year school.
