Career Exploration for High School Students

The College Now - Career Pathways program offers dedicated year-long high school programs, with three career exploration options. All students earn high school credits, with the option to receive college credits. The program tuition is paid by the school district, but students pay program fees.

The following three program areas will be offered in the 2020-2021 school year:

Who is eligible to participate?

High school juniors and seniors at participating schools are eligible to participate in the Career Pathways program.


Where and when are classes held?

  • Programs are held at the FRCC main Larimer Campus.
  • Classes are held every day, Monday – Friday.
  • Counselors select the morning section (8:00 a.m. - 10 a.m.) or afternoon section (12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.) based on the student’s home high school schedule.

Talk to your high school counselor today, to decide if college credit is right for you and get  more information on the application and enrollment process.

8:00 am - 10:00 am for students scheduled in the morning section
