Required Immunizations
All immunizations need to be current throughout the program.
Students must also have Professional Rescuer CPR Certification (Red Cross) - or - BLS for Health Care Providers Certification (American Heart Association)

Required Immunizations
In addition to the above requirements, students must provide documentation of the following immunizations by the fifth week of classes:
- MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
- Tuberculosis (TB) skin test
- Seasonal influenza vaccine October – March
- Hepatitis B (series of three immunizations) – Recommended, not required

- American Heart Association BLS Provider CPR cards (must be current throughout the program). See accepted CPR & ACLS cards. Student can take HPR102 offered at Front Range Community College to fulfill this requirement before entering clinical rotations.
- Passing a 10-Panel background check and drug test through FRCC will also be required.
Mandatory Information Meetings
You can start the EMT program in the fall or spring semester. Attend an information meeting to obtain an application packet.
