To be eligible to sit for the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications (NCIDQ) exam, special education and work experience requirements need to be met. Completing both the Interior Architecture & Design AAS degree and the Kitchen & Bath Design Certificate allows you to meet 60 credits of interior design coursework included in a certificate or degree from an accredited institution to be eligible. In addition to education requirements, you will need to meet the minimum three years of direct supervised/sponsored work hours.
