Teaching & Course Delivery Methods

Here are the new ways FRCC will deliver courses in the fall to ensure a safe learning environment while still creating time on campus for courses that need it most.

Online Course Delivery

Online

In our traditional online courses, all class content is delivered online. Some courses may contain optional live/real-time interaction via videoconferencing tools such as WebEx, Zoom, etc. The instructor sets the pace of the course via deadlines for discussions, assignments, quizzes, etc.

Any-Time Remote + Limited Campus Meetings

A portion of class content is delivered online, not in real time. Online content can be completed at any time within the deadlines set by the instructor. The remainder of the class content is delivered in person on campus (and/or at a clinical site). The instructor sets the pace of the course via deadlines for discussions, assignments, quizzes, etc.

Find Your Section Details

Here is how to find your section details:

  1.  Find and record the CRNs (the five-digit course numbers) or Prefix (the three-letter subject abbreviation) for your registered classes in Navigate Planner or in your Course Schedule Detail in eWOLF. Having your CRN will get you to your section details the quickest, but you can search our database by Prefix.

Not sure how to find your CRNs? Here is how to find your CRNs in either Navigate or eWOLF:

Navigate

  1. Log into Navigate
  2. Go to Planner (in the upper left-hand corner of your browser screen)
  3. View your schedule for Fall 2020
  4. CRNs will be listed next to the course in the section that you have selected

 eWOLF:

  1. Log in to eWOLF
  2. Click the Registration menu tab (not the dropdown arrow)
  3. Select “Detailed Student Schedule (with Drop-Withdrawal Dates)”
  4. CRNs will be listed in the left-hand column of the table for each registered course section
  1. Search for your CRNs to see the meeting times, locations, and additional section details for your courses in our database below.

Course Section Details Database

Search for your course section and see detailed information about how and when your course will be delivered this fall. You can search based on your CRN (five-digit course number) or Prefix (three-letter subject abbreviation). Please note, online courses have not changed.

All section detail information is subject to change at any time. It is recommended to check this database prior to the first day of courses. This database will hold the most up-to-date information and there may be outdated information in eWOLF or Navigate.
