Cancellation Policy for On-Campus Non-Credit Classes

Classes that don't meet the minimum enrollment will be cancelled. If a class is cancelled, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

Refund Policy for On-Campus Non-Credit Classes

Refunds will be made to those who withdraw at least three business days prior to the first class session. You must officially drop a class by calling Continuing Education at (970) 204-8686 or by coming in person to the Continuing Education office. All non-credit refunds are issued by the FRCC Cashier in the form of a check. Allow 3 to 4 weeks to receive refunds.
