Engineering

Engineers help design and create the world we live in, from nano-sized circuits inside electronic devices to gigantic public works that shape our planet. Start your career with online or in-person engineering classes at Front Range Community College.

Why Study Engineering at Front Range Community College?

If you like solving problems and are curious about the way things work, an engineering degree can open the door to dozens of fun, rewarding careers.

But you'll need to complete a four-year degree in engineering to pursue many of those jobs. FRCC's Engineering for Transfer program allows you to complete many of the classes required to start toward a four-year degree. Here you can earn an Associate of Engineering Science (AES) in general engineering, mechanical or civil engineering. Then you can transfer to a public bachelor's degree-granting institution in Colorado to complete your four-year degree.

And at FRCC, you'll work with instructors who are committed to your success and skilled at making even the most complicated concepts understandable. So if you like the idea of being an engineer, FRCC is the ideal place to start. Here you can start your degree in a supportive environment — and save money too.
