I have been an advisor at Front Range Community College since 2014. I hold a B.A. in English and Spanish from the University of Virginia and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining the FRCC Advising & Career team, I taught English (TEFL/TESOL) in Thailand and Taiwan, worked as an academic advisor at Colorado State University, and taught composition, literature, and creative writing at various colleges. As an advisor, I consider it an honor and privilege to help students discover options and opportunities, define meaningful goals for themselves, and create motivating plans for success.
