When Debra is not serving as an Interim Dean of Instruction, she serves as an Online Department Chair for the Liberal Arts, Communication & Design Career and Academic Community, and the Music & Recording Arts Technology Program Lead. Debra has led the Music Program at the Larimer Campus since the Fall of 2000 and has watched the program grow dramatically. She has served as CCCS MUS Prefix chair for many years and helped guide the articulation agreements for the AA Music Degree. Debra led the proposal to create the Recording Arts Technology CTE Program, and was granted approval in 2015.
Teaching Philosophy
Student success is at the center of my teaching philosophy. I work to both challenge and support students as they work toward their career and academic goals.
