Teaching Philosophy
I believe everyone is capable of learning Chemistry if approached with an accessible curriculum using best practices in teaching. In real life, there are no known answers to cutting-edge research, so it is imperative that you are pulled away from having to get the “right” answer and instead focus on understanding the method and process to develop a valid explanation. By concentrating on learning content through process and application, you will never have to ask “Why do I need to know this?” You will be engaged in the endeavor and see the connections to your life and future career.
