The
Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) provides students with privacy of their student record upon turning 18, or upon enrolling in college classes at any age. As a result of FERPA, colleges are not able to share information about a student’s record with anyone other than the student without a FERPA waiver on file. Students participating in Concurrent Enrollment can utilize the learning management system, called MyCourses, to show others their progress in classes and grades.
