Student Launch - October 1, 2024

On October 1, all students will gain access to the new platform. At this time:

  • All current links to eWOLF will go to the new platform
  • https://www.frontrange.edu/ewolf will be routed to the new platform.
  • There will be a card on the new platform that will link to the current eWOLF. Students will have access to the old platform until December 8, 2024.
  • We will be scheduling drop-in sessions for students and staff to answer any questions.

To support you during this transition, there will be four drop-in Q&A sessions to answer any questions you may have.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are we switching eWOLF platforms?

CCCS, which controls the eWOLF platform, made the decision to switch to refresh the platform used to house our portal. The goal is to provide a more updated and streamlined experience for users.

How do I access the new eWOLF?

  • Starting October 1, you can access eWOLF the same way you always have: frontrange.edu/ewolf. 

Can I still use the existing eWOLF platform?

The existing eWOLF platform will be available until December 8, 2024. 

  • You can still access the existing platform via a card in the new platform.

I don't like the way some cards look. Can we change the design of individual cards?

There are two things to remember about the new platform:

  • CCCS controls the content and styling on the majority of the information you see. While we can report feedback to them, we cannot control the style or content in these cards.
  • For the information that FRCC controls, we have the ability to change basic information, but styling and design have been set by CCCS.

How do I quickly find the information I need?
