Paige Wilson

Admissions and Outreach Representative

My pronouns are she/her/hers. Growing up in a small town in the Central Valley of California, I was ready for a change and decided to move to the city of Denver to attend the University of Denver. I graduated in 2021, with my Master’s degree in Higher Education. After graduation, moving to Boulder and working for Front Range Community College was the perfect next step. I am loving the community and campus. I am very passionate about college access and success for all students, which is why I have chosen a career path in the Colorado Community College System. I hope to be the person that empowers all students to take their next educational steps.

When away from campus, you can find me enjoying the outdoors, camping, hiking, or playing volleyball. If I have one piece of advice to offer our future applicants and students – it’s to choose your college community with your intuition and heart. You will feel it when you are on the campus that is right for you!

Susana Gallegos

Susana Gallegos

Bilingual Admissions & Outreach Representative

I was born and raised in Mexico. My family and I moved to the States when I was 16 years old.

High school was very challenging for me because I was in a school where there were almost no Latinos and it was a big language and culture barrier. Thanks to one of my teacher's support I was able to graduate high school.

I moved to Colorado right after graduation and have been here ever since. I knew I wanted to go to college, but I was not sure how to start or where to go. My sister-in-law told me to go to FRCC and ask for information about how to start. Contact Susana.

Richie DePaolis-Metz

Richie DePaolis-Metz

Director, Admissions & Outreach

My pronouns are they/them. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from a small college in North Dakota. After working several years in health care, I took an opportunity to work as an admissions representative at my alma mater. Since then I have worked at a regional four-year university and a community college in Minnesota and a land-grant research university in Illinois.

Along the way, I earned my Masters of Science degree in Education Leadership. As a first-generation college student I encountered barriers through my college experience, and that instilled in me a desire to guide students through their college journeys. I enjoy connecting individuals to opportunities in higher education because it is one of the most powerful tools to grow personally and to pursue a meaningful career. Contact Richie.
