Meet the COSI Team

Olivia Kail

Program Manager, Re-Engagement Services

I have been working at Front Range Community College since late 2020 and I absolutely love the community at this school. Outside of work, I enjoy running anything from a two-mile jog in the neighborhood to a 52-mile trail race. I love spending time with my neighbors, learning about birds, and reading on the porch with my partner, Josef, and our dog, Tony.

Andrea Esquivel-Garcia

Finish What You Started Student Success Coach, BIT

Hey everyone, I'm Andrea and I’ve lived in Colorado most of my life. I was a first-generation college student who recently graduated from Colorado State University. I majored in Human Development and Family Studies so I know how important it is to have a support system during your college career. During my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends and traveling.

Arianna Stumbaugh

Finish What You Started Student Success Coach, HSW

I'm a Northern Colorado native who has worked in higher and secondary education for my entire career. I'm very passionate about education opening doors to improve student lives and enhancing the overall community. I can't wait to support you in your academic journey here at FRCC!

Rachel LaFaso

Finish What You Started Student Success Coach, LACD & Math and Science

After earning my bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Wyoming, I moved to Colorado to pursue non-profit work in outdoor recreation. After a couple of years, I decided that I was interested in working in higher education again. I worked as a resident assistant (RA) for three years during my undergrad and discovered a passion for helping students develop resilience in both their academic and personal experiences. I am excited for the opportunities I will have as a Student Success Coach to help students navigate college while taking a holistic approach to success.

Darrick Hildman

Student Success Coach, Back to Work

Darrick has lived in Northern Colorado for a while and enjoys the variety of activities that it offers. He has been working with FRCC students for the last 10 years as Communications Department instructor. He enjoys getting to see students grow and succeed and is excited about his new position as a success coach.

Megan Brady

Larimer Campus COSI Success Coach

I earned my BA from CSU with a major in English, creative writing. Now, I’m pursuing my MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults in a low residency program with Vermont College of Fine Arts. When I’m not working or studying, I love to dance, wander museums, and spend time with my family. I also love to travel and surf when I’m near the ocean. You can usually find me with a smile on my face and science fiction book in my hand. Don’t hesitate to say hi!
