This priority is about delivering inclusive, student-centered experiences that meet learners where they are—supporting their goals, celebrating their identities and preparing them for meaningful opportunities. To achieve that, we will implement these objectives: 

Design and implement a future-ready, student-centered enrollment system that increases access and enrollment in target populations through flexible pathways, workforce-aligned programs and strategic outreach.

Enhance student success by strengthening inclusive support systems, addressing academic readiness and implementing proactive, data-informed interventions that meet learners where they are.

Build a high-performing, student-ready institution by enhancing staff capacity, optimizing technology and data systems, and improving operational effectiveness to support recruitment, enrollment, retention and completion.

This priority is about fostering a dynamic culture fueled by empowered employees—investing in performance excellence through accountability, belonging, career growth, and well-being to strengthen engagement and retention. To achieve that, we will implement these objectives: 

Enhance a culture of inclusion, accountability and recognition to improve employee engagement and sense of belonging.

Strengthen employee retention through supportive practices, compensation structures and a focus on employee well-being.

Improve institutional effectiveness through streamlined processes, data-driven decision-making and innovation.

Invest in systems, facilities and technology to improve performance, scalability and external perception.

Ensure responsible stewardship of resources through strategic budgeting cost efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

This priority is about strengthening institutional relevancy through innovative engagement, authentic storytelling, and strategic partnerships that enrich our communities’ health, social, economic, and educational vitality. To achieve that, we will implement these objectives: 

Elevate FRCC’s reputation through authentic storytelling and strategic communications.

Strengthen institutional sustainability and community impact by expanding fundraising strategies and enhancing donor stewardship to build and sustain strategic partnerships.

Reimagine and strengthen educational partnerships with K–12 and 4-year institutions to create seamless, student-centered pathways that enhance CTE and transfer outcomes, improve completion and equity, and align with careers of the future.
