How do I request an appointment?
Prospective patients may request appointments now. Appointment slots will be available beginning in January 2025. To make an appointment, simply fill out our request form

How do I cancel an appointment?
Please call 970-204-8205 at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.
What types of payments are accepted?
- Payment is due at time of service
- The clinic accepts Credit Cards (Visa/Master), Checks, or Cash payments.
- The FRCC Community Dental Clinic does not offer a sliding fee scale.
- Costs are kept as low as possible for all patients.
- No income verification is required.
Do you accept insurance?
The clinic does not bill or accept dental insurance. However, patients may request a detailed summary of services, charges, and payments to submit directly to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
How long do appointments take?
- Patients coming in for dental cleanings should plan for typical appointments to take 2-4 hours, and patients may need to be seen multiple times over several days.
- Other types of dental appointments will vary in length.
Patient ages?
Patients of all ages are accepted at the dental clinic.
What is a screening appointment?
New patients who have not been seen in two years or more may need to have a screening appointment to determine the type of care needed and to establish a treatment plan.
Treatment plans can include information such as the number of visits needed, as well as the length of time for each visit.
Screening appointments are typically 30 minutes.
