Janelle Bonavida

Janelle Bonavida

Assistant Director of Admissions

I grew up in Fort Collins and I have lived in Colorado almost all of my life. I attended the University of Northern Colorado as a first-generation college student and earned my BA. A few years later, I attend the University of Wyoming for my Master’s Degree. I am proud of the various roles I have had in education over the last 15 years as a high school teacher, school counselor, and as an admissions representative. I truly enjoy meeting with prospective students and helping them explore college/career options, hosting our Pathway Day campus visit programs, working with concurrent enrollment students, and visiting various high schools to speak with students, parents, and counselors. I appreciate working in a supportive, creative, and fun environment where people value each other and value students. An interesting fact about me is that I have been in 10 weddings and have attended 25+ weddings overall.

Hannah Brown

Hannah Brown

Director, Admissions & Outreach

I was adopted from South Korea when I was an infant but have lived in Colorado all my life. I grew up in Denver Public Schools and decided to attend Colorado State University for college. It was a tough transition for me, but all of the awesome support services and involvement opportunities kept me connected and motivated. I ended up staying at CSU for my master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education. I’ve been at FRCC since 2007 and I love it! I have a lot of fun with my job and it is so rewarding to help students learn about FRCC and how it’s a great fit for them. I also enjoy coordinating large events and taking people on tours of the campus. One fun fact about me is that I started an anime club in college! I still love watching anime when I can.

Sidd Vasquez

Sidd Vasquez

Bilingual Admissions and Outreach Representative

Sidd is originally from New York City (and yes, he loves the Yankees and bagels!), but recently moved to Colorado from Florida. Although Sidd is new to FRCC, he definitely understands the community college route through his experience earning an AA at Valencia College in Florida and the transfer route by earning a BA from the University of Central Florida.  Sidd will be the first to tell you that his educational road was long, but support, persistence, and a strong desire to reach his bachelor’s degree is what drove him to succeed. Sidd is eager to show others what they can achieve as well and he looks forward to creating valuable high school and community partnerships.
