Digital Diplomas

FRCC offers free digital diplomas to students right after graduation. Your digital diploma complements your paper diploma, but is faster to access and can be shared with potential employers or social media. 

Introducing Digital Diplomas

FRCC has teamed with Parchment to offer an official digital version of your diploma for all graduates starting Fall 2025.

These digital diplomas are fast, sharable and official, and are available immediately when you order one. This means you can immediately share your accomplishment—with family, friends and potential employers.

Don't worry, you'll still get your paper diploma. Paper diplomas are mailed to you 15-20 days after you order your digital diploma.

How to Order

Your digital diploma is available right after graduation—at no cost to you.

• Be sure to check your FRCC email! Once you complete your degree or certificate, you'll receive an email and text notification from Parchment with instructions on how to electronically claim your diploma.
• Follow the link to set up your Parchment digital credentials account.
• Your digital diploma will be immediately accessible through your Parchment account. Simply log in and download or share it again and again, at no cost to you.

Using Your Digital Diploma

Share your achievements:

• Easily share your digital diploma with a secure, verified link.
• Share with friends and family on Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

View or download:

• View your digital diploma online at any time with permanent access.
• Download your digital diploma and save as a PDF.

Serve as an alternative to the Apostille:

• Many countries recognize digital diplomas. Parchment Award diplomas are supporting the needs of international credentials.

Your digital diploma will always be accessible online through your Parchment account, so you can download and share it as many times as you'd like.
