How to Proof of Enrollment

Current Students

Self-Serve Option

If you need proof of student enrollment at Front Range Community College for insurance discounts, employee reimbursement plans and other reasons, you can access a self-service, auto-generated enrollment certificate through eWOLF that’s provided by the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC).

  • If you need official confirmation of your current or past enrollment for anything other than loan deferment, log into eWOLF and go to the “Student Grades & Records” card. Select “Enrollment Verification.” This takes you to the National Student Clearinghouse website where you can print an enrollment certificate. This document includes semester dates, enrollment status (full-time, part-time, etc) and expected date of graduation.
  • You can also view or print your unofficial transcript at no cost, or for a small fee you can order your official transcript. See our Transcripts page for more information.

Proof of Enrollment Letter

If you need a letter to verify enrollment or you have a document you need completed, submit the “Proof of Enrollment Request” on the Popular Student Forms card in eWOLF. We will either complete your provided document or we'll provide our standard letter which includes semester dates, enrollment status (full-time, part-time, etc.), major and anticipated graduation date.

Please note: The minimum processing time for our standard proof of enrollment request is 5-7 business days.

  • Housing agencies can submit documents for completion.
  • Government contract investigators should email askregistrar@frontrange.edu for assistance.
  • Background screening companies and non-governmental employers. The National Student Clearinghouse is our authorized agent for providing degree and enrollment verifications. If you are an employer or background screening firm requesting this information, visit www.degreeverify.org.
